General FAQs

1. Choose Your Product
Browse the website and select the hamper or gift you'd like to purchase.

2. Add It to Your Cart
Click the “Add to Cart” button for the product.
Then go to your cart: https://hattiesgifts.co.uk/cart

3. Enter a Personal Message
On the Cart Page, you’ll see a section for “Additional Comments”.
Type your personal message into that box. This will be included with your hamper.

4. Proceed to Checkout
Once you've added your message, continue to checkout and place your order as usual.

Yes, it is gift ready! All our hampers are beautifully packaged and can be conveniently delivered directly to the intended recipient. Our packaging includes a lovely box sleeve, shredded paper, premium tissue paper, and a sticker for added elegance.

All the items included in your hamper will remain fresh for a minimum of one month upon delivery, allowing you to shop in advance without concerns about best-before dates.

Our hampers are proudly handmade in the United Kingdom. Our commitment to crafting hampers in the UK allows us to maintain quality control, support local artisans where possible, and reduce our carbon footprint.

Yes, we certainly do! We specialise in handling large volume and corporate gifting orders. Whether you're looking to impress clients, reward employees, or commemorate a special occasion, we have the capacity and expertise to meet your requirements.
All of our gifts come beautifully presented. We offer a range of reusable packaging for our hampers as well. We also make sure to source the best packaging possible at a great price for you.
We have descriptions on all of our hampers that outline what comes in each hamper. Make sure to look on the description tab when viewing the hamper.

We can offer Next Day delivery depending on the area you are sending to.

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. You may also check on the Delivery information for updates.

We operate Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For any queries outside of these hours, be sure to send us an email or message us on our online chat, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
While we do deliver UK wide, we do not have the capability to deliver outside of the UK just yet!
